You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent, please use our easy return system to get a full refund.
If you have misspelled or auto filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at sales@kaydmayd.com If the given address is wrong, we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
Shipping times vary. On average shipping time is 2-5 business days.

All the manufacturing and assembly is done right here in the USA, Iowa to be specific. So, the money you spend with Kayd Mayd employs workers right here in the USA.
Kayd Mayd uses Medical Grade ABS to manufacture all our products. This material is highly durable, heat resistant, non-toxic & is most commonly used in manufacturing human surgical implants.
While our products are tested, rated & in some instances advertised as "Shatterproof" they are not indestructible. They will/should survive any accident or mishap, like being tipped over or dropped.
All Kayd Mayd products are dishwasher and Alcohol safe. Acetone is the only chemical which will cause damage to it. So, you can clean it the same way you clean your glass pieces. For more details check out our blog on how to clean your KaydMayd products.
We do warranty our product against factory defects. We will also replace any item or part that is broken upon arrival. Customers will just have to bring pictures of the defect to the store’s attention. The store will have to send us the pics and we will send a replacement piece to the customer direct. No charge.
We produce 25 custom color combinations. Not all pieces are produced in every color. If you have any specific preferences pertaining to your ordered item/s. Please use "Add note" feature during checkout or message are separately after & include your order number.
